I hereby petition the salon industry: Please pay your stylists more so they'll stay at your salon! And maybe you could throw in some employee benefits, such as medical, dental and (I know this one is a stretch) a 401(k). This is a purely selfish request. I have "challenging" hair. When I find a stylist I like and trust, I WANT TO KEEP HER/HIM! I fear what my next stylist will try in vain to make my hair do.
Why, oh why, do stylists move around so much????????????
Dear God, it's me Nikki. Please help me find Kim (no last name of course) in the sea of Cleveland salons...

While you're at it, can you find me a makeup artist in Houston that doesn't begin the consultation with, "okay, since you have Asian eyes, I'm going to create a fold for you using eyeshadow"?
If she was smart, she would have contacted you before she left. I hate it when that happens. I'll ask Melanie the next time I go in if they hired Kim. Good luck finding her!
I liked Jesse at Details in Rocky River a lot. She understood my hair, she cut it wet and then straightened it and trimmed it up some more so it didn't look funky.
